Update #5

Ok everyone, sorry for the wait!
For the past week and a bit we have been working on our maps. This includes generating terrains and adding high quality textures whilst using barely any memory. So natrually it has taken us a while!
Therefore I would like to showcase Kasai Sato (Fire Village) the alpha version, no doubt i'll update it over time.

I don't know how quality the leafs will look due to the screenshots o.0 But I hope they looks nice

This is Looking at Kasai Sato from the entrance, You can see the mountain lol. I'll probably re-edit/texture that mountain sometime later.

This is the academy. A place you will spend your first lvl's in as a noobie academy student.
Please ignore the konoha symbol, I will change that asap.

In this image I kind of just wanted to show the leaves at mid range lol. You can see them clearly in this image.
Also thats the entrance to one of the chuunin arena towers.

This is a river o.0 . Link suggested we should have a mud texture in the river. It ended up making it look a whole lot nicer and give it a "depth" look. Thanks Link, gratz on top posts Bit.

I though I would get all the visuals out of the way first lol.
As for other things that we have decided upon, We thought of some village names.
If I already havent made it clear, I plan to have 5 villages.
Kasai Sato (Fire village)
Arashi Sato (Sand Village)
Kousetsu Sato (Snow Village)
Ganseki Sato (Rock Village)
Joukai Sato (Cloud Village) - Thank Sheehan for helping me name the villages (He named some too)
I do have plans for village construction. There are only a few more things (such as NPC's) that are needed to make this village playable. I am going to use this village for the alpha. The only other map I may construct would be something to do with chuunin exams, a forest. After we are done with things to do with the alpha, I'll reach out to Kousetsu Sato and Arashi Sato for the beta. Upon release I'll add the 2 remaining villages in.
But for now this map will do for a long time, We can progress with other things for a while.
As for next update I want to upgrade our character creation lol. Which means I have to go back to character design *grunt in greif* But it needs to happen :C . If anyone knows any 2D artists that are capable of designing moderate to good GUI, please TELL me. 2D UI is within my skill range, but not so much my time range.

If you have any questions, I'm pretty sure we have a forum for it or a thread. If anyone is still wondering, we are free to play and we are not a Naruto based game, Naruto is just an insparation, We don't use any copyrighted material.
