If you are under the water, you should have a limit under the water and if you don't get air in enough time you drown. To solve the problem of not drowning you should get items like a air tank or something.

Maybe some bubble head jutsu that allows me to have permanent breath in water. And leaf villagers might get some kind of hiding jutsu in their forests. That way, you could shape all villages and their surroundings after their special village jutsus so that if someone's to ambush in enemy territory, the fact that the territory ISN'T his actually counts.

the whater village schould also be able to transform into a puddle and in theyre country schould be alot of puddles
the same for rock village with rocks,
lightning with clouds/mist
and fire with bushes

i think ther schould be also animals like birds rabbits chickens and stuff like that
