Ok so that leads me to my next questions which are:

1) are they gonna be made by players or like by admin and mods to be like a sort of legendary organization (like akatsuki) ?

I think it'll be more of a guild system like in WoW and Guild Wars if you ever played those games.

They will be made by players and anyone can make them as far as I know.

Its being worked on behind the scenes, supposedly. The updates stopped after a few members decided to be idiots in the update threads. Its still going, though.

I talked to Shaun, he told me that they are working on the game. Just, they decided to just work on it behind scenes so chaos won't come again like what happened to updates.
