i guess in some clans are these kekkei genkais
like in the snow (mist) village haku from the Yuki-clan with the ice bloodline
but i dont know if it will be like that just guessing

Every special clan has it's special jutsu, special bloodline. I'm not sure if Nara and those count as one but I think so. So I'm guessing yes.
