getting to 20 is easy xD so 23 isnt a big deal and skill build is how to use your skill points
and ill start a new one with u if u want

well cause pvp doesnt give u exp its only for fun and u wont pvp alot.... and battlemage isnt a pvp job but at higher levels like 50 or 60 u can reset your skills and make a pvp skill build but for now pve all the way
