We should just trick players wit a survey and make them think that the element given to them wasn't random Heh

It's crucial to balance out the elements in-game ! So why not get us to choose if we want random or select one. It wouldn't balance nething but what the hell, people want to choose, let them.

yes, yes he did anyway people would just keep on making accounts if elements where random it would never work unless say if a element only had a few people in it youd get a bonus for choosing that element like some gold or something.

Big fans of Zabuza and Kisame would go with water. I guess earth will be rarely chosen.. Might have to fix something unique about it so people choose it.

Also, clans should be restricted to only using some certain elements. For example... The Uchiha wouldn't really use wind or earth elements. More likely fire or lightning. Etc.

I don't think the balancing would be that bad, especially if you get a lot of mmo players
A lot of people (even I myself) like to choice the group (class/element/etc) that is least used thinking it makes them more unique
Then once other members see how that element is played well they will be all "OH SNAP I GOTTA BE THAT"

Why random, that wouldnt give this game the custom ability everyone likes. Why not balance all the element's and not OVERPOWER an element. So we would give one element good things another element doesnt have

I Say, from the element you choose at first, your second char will get the element opposite to the 1st.
Ex: You choose Fire, 2nd char gets Water. So if anyone would choose Lightning there would be a Earth user which IMO will be the least choosen.

im not sure if that was already an idea but in my opinion you should have the ability to chose your own but if you want to, you may pick random element selection just fr those people who aren't sure. That way everyone's happy.
